From the outset, it seems easy to come into contact with the photographic works of Yvan Dutrisac. Through skilfully elaborate stagings, the artist offers clues to the meaning he gives to each of his works. Clearly part of a playful approach, the artist sticks, grinds, adds particular manufacturing marks to his subjects. Hence the impression of the viewer to be able to clearly see the photographic proposal made by the artist. But in fact, to really grasp it, we have to let go, for a moment, of our usual way of seeing.
