A francophone artist from Windsor, Linda is motivated by the desire to explore the essence of communities and their impact on quality of life, the focus being to consider their historical, built and natural environments. Of particular interest to her is Old Sandwich Town, the oldest part of Windsor. Her work, acrylic and mixed media on paper and canvas, is layered physically and conceptually. She explores the mix of representation and abstraction to create an ambiguous effect. Linda has exhibited in Ontario and in the United States. As a member of BRAVO, she has participated in a group show that has toured Ontario.
